Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging: All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing time typically takes 2 - 6 business days.

Tracking numbers are sent by email after a short processing period.

Any items not received within 14 weeks qualify for a full refund or immediate reship. Customers must contact us to request a refund for orders not delivered within 14 weeks. Otherwise, we will automatically reship the order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mine Lifestyle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Mine Lifestyle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
